Job Description
This position is responsible for the overall maintenance ensuring that all facilities are safe, clean, and fully operational. In addition, the role involves monitoring, inspecting, and performing routine maintenance on all shop machines and equipment to ensure optimal performance, prevent downtime, and address any mechanical or operational issues promptly. The position requires close attention to detail, adherence to safety protocols, and collaboration with other team members to support efficient operations and maintain a high standard of facility and equipment readiness at all times.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Monitor and maintain all electrical and mechanical equipment to ensure it is operating properly
Responsible for maintaining production and support equipment (systems: electrical, control and mechanical)
Interpret engineering drawings and schematics to maintain the operations in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment of complex parts
Manage the preventative maintenance schedule and complete work orders as scheduled
Troubleshoot equipment malfunctions and system failures, and perform corrective maintenance and repairs in a timely and effective manner
Assist with the installation, maintenance, and repair of mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems
Assist in the maintenance and repair of mobile equipment, including loaders, trucks, and rail equipment
Inspect equipment for defects, wear, and damage, and perform necessary repairs or replacements
Operate a variety of hand and power tools, as well as diagnostic equipment, to perform maintenance tasks
Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including work orders, equipment inspections, and repairs
Ensure that all maintenance activities are performed in compliance with safety regulations, environmental standards, and company policies
Assist in the management of spare parts inventory, ensuring that critical parts are readily available
Participate in safety meetings, training programs, and emergency response drills
Implement and coordinate preventative maintenance
Refurbish, modify and install production support equipment as necessary
Keep work area and machinery clean and free of clutter
Cross‑train on multiple types of equipment
Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the Supervisor or Management
Cross training with Samples Auto Line Equipment
Line Changeovers, Water System’s, Dust Collectors, ETC
Qualifications and Skills
Ability to become certified in forklift and overhead crane operation
Ability to become certified in aerial lift and fall protection
Ability to become certified in lockout-tag out
Ability to become certified in chemical handling
Ability to use measuring equipment
Ability to safely operate an overhead JIB crane
Independent self‑starter requiring little to no supervision
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Attention to detail in fast‑paced work environment
Strong troubleshooting and problem‑solving abilities
Team player with the ability to collaborate across departments
Time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
Understanding of workplace safety protocols and procedures
Ability to speak and read English sufficiently to converse with the general public, read and understand highway signs/signals, respond to official inquiries, and make entries on reports/records
Basic computer skills
Basic math skills
Critical thinking skills
Excellent organizational skills
Minimum Requirements Education: High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.>
Experience: 2+ years manufacturing maintenance experience.
Systems: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace preferred.
Physical Requirements
Work at varying heights, including on the rooftop of the buildings
Lift up to 60 lbs.
Push/pull 100 lbs.
Stand on feet for long periods of time during a shift for up to 12 hours, with intermittent breaks
Wear personal protective equipment (PPE) provided by Cambria
Participate in daily stretch and flex exercises
Work in an outdoor environment in all weather conditions
Walk up and down steps multiple times throughout shift
Bend over multiple times throughout shift

Compensation and Benefits Cambria’s starting hourly range for this position is $22.00 - $28.00. Hourly ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the target for new hires for the position. Individual pay is determined by several factors, including work location, job‑related experience, and relevant education and/or training.
