Job Details We are hiring a friendly, self‑motivated Maintenance Technician to work at
Park at Springdale
in Cincinnati, OH. The Maintenance Technician will perform general maintenance and repairs, apply specialized skills in HVAC, plumbing and electrical, and assist the Maintenance Supervisor.
Responsibilities
Repair apartment appliances, water heaters, electrical fixtures, bulbs, commodes, sinks, basic carpentry and any general maintenance repairs that may arise.
Perform preventive maintenance duties as needed.
Complete work orders and forms to assure all documentation regarding operations of maintenance equipment is completed properly.
Assist the Maintenance Supervisor with daily tasks.
Qualifications
HVAC certification with 3+ years of Maintenance Technician experience.
Experience in plumbing, electrical, and carpentry.
Bilingual is a must.
Ability to move heavy equipment safely, using proper equipment.
Reliable transportation required.
Availability for emergency maintenance calls 24/7.
Background screening and drug test required.
