Under the supervision of the assigned LPN/LVN or RN Unit Supervisor, the Personal Care Aide provides activities and related services necessary in caring for the personal needs, safety, and comfort of residents/patients as assigned. The aide assists in providing a positive physical, social, and psychological environment, and follows all Center policies and procedures. Responsibilities
Assist residents with daily personal care activities. Ensure residents' safety and comfort. Provide a positive physical, social, and psychological environment. Follow all Center policies and procedures. Qualifications
High School Diploma or equivalent. Computer proficiency with Microsoft products. Preferred Experience
Experience in a fast‑paced environment. Post‑acute care or health care experience preferred. Skills, Knowledge & Abilities
Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English. Ability to relate positively, effectively, and appropriately with residents, families, community members, volunteers, and other staff. Special interest in and a positive attitude about working with long‑term care residents and the elderly. Meets all health requirements as required by law. Benefits
