Paintless Dent Repair Technician – $6,000 Bonus
Join Carvana as a Paintless Dent Repair Technician. We’re looking for technicians with a minimum of 5 years of professional automotive PDR experience to work at our high‑tech Inspection Centers across the United States.
Responsibilities
Apply advanced glue‑pulling techniques, hail repair, and repair creases and body lines.
Repair larger‑sized dents on both steel and aluminum vehicle panels.
Work efficiently in a fast‑paced, ever‑changing production environment.
Use safety equipment including face shields, goggles, gloves, masks, and non‑slip shoes.
Qualifications
Minimum 5 years of professional PDR experience.
Ability to lift up to 60 pounds independently.
Must be at least 18 years old and possess a valid driver’s license.
Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand English.
Background check required; this role is not eligible for visa sponsorship.
