Sunbelt Rentals— the fastest growing rental business in North America—seeks a Pump and Power Foreman. As a Pump and Power Foreman, you will lead successful projects requiring the set up and tear down labor for Pump & Power equipment, including bypass pumping, special events requiring generators, power distribution, a/c, heat, and water restoration projects and disaster response.

Duties & Responsibilities

Lead and coach the team during the project.

Plan and create project plans, then execute with team members.

Delegate tasks to crew members to achieve daily goals.

Represent Sunbelt in communication with the customer and internal resources.

Create accurate project timelines.

Maintain tools and necessary supplies for project completion.

Document projects with daily notes, labor logs, progress reports, and all other required documentation.

Assist with shop and yard cleanliness when not assigned a project.

Assist with deliveries, pick‑ups, and other everyday business when not assigned a project.

Qualifications

Basic equipment knowledge and troubleshooting—pumps, generators, power distribution, a/c, heater, and shoring.

Strong mechanical background preferably in a similar industry.

Strong leadership skills with a history of previous success.

Construction background.

Excellent time‑management skills.

Basic equipment operating skills—forklift, skid loader, etc.

Class A CDL preferred.

Must be able to perform physical labor and lift up to 100 pounds regularly.

The physical demands of this role require bending, squatting, crouching, reaching, lifting 50 pounds or more, and working indoors/outdoors as required. Reasonable accommodations may be made to comply with applicable laws.

Pay Range Base Pay Range: $26.54 – $36.48 per hour. The starting rate of pay may vary based on factors including position offered, location, education, training, and/or experience.

You will become eligible for benefits on the first of the month following 30 days from your start date. Sunbelt offers the following paid time off (subject to Sunbelt’s policies): 12‑25 vacation days depending on years of service, 5 sick days, 6 holidays, 2 half‑day holidays, 2 floating holidays, 1 inclusion day, 1 volunteer day.
