Description Responsible for performing a combination of manual or automated tasks necessary for the receipt, storage, and shipment of product. Tasks may include receiving, picking, packing, shipping, staging, transporting, storage, and delivery. Also responsible for the efficient flow of products from receipt at vendors to shipment while meeting prescribed service parameters for internal and external customers. Duties include retrieving, transporting, and maintaining system records and documents in accordance with policy, legal, financial, governmental, and historical requirements. Estimated pay range: $16.77–$21.80 per hour.

Qualifications

High school diploma, certificate, GED, relevant training, or equivalent experience.

Driver’s license from Florida.

Additional Qualifications

Previous warehouse experience required.

Experience with automated or RF (Radio Frequency) warehouse systems beneficial.

Effective verbal and written communication skills with a strong customer focus and positive attitude.

Material handling equipment training, testing, and certification must be attained within the first 90 days of employment.

Detail oriented, quality focused, self‑motivated, and able to work in a team‑oriented environment.

Ability to work in a fast‑paced distribution environment while meeting established distribution quotas and standards.

Ability to work in non‑climate controlled environments.

Basic computer skills and experience using common office equipment.

Minimum required experience: Less than 1 year.
