Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Maintenance Technician role based in Wallingford, CT. The Maintenance Technician will be responsible for performing equipment maintenance, troubleshooting technical issues, conducting preventive maintenance, and ensuring that all machinery and facilities are running efficiently. Additional responsibilities include diagnosing and repairing equipment malfunctions, monitoring equipment performance, and adhering to safety protocols to maintain a safe working environment. Qualifications
Experience in Equipment Maintenance and Preventive Maintenance processes Proficiency in Troubleshooting and diagnosing technical and mechanical issues Skills in Maintenance & Repair of industrial equipment and systems Knowledge of Industrial Maintenance techniques and best practices Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics Relevant certifications or technical training in maintenance or industrial mechanics is a plus Electrical experience s plus Excellent communication and teamwork skills Ability to operate forklifts, manlifts and loaders Seniority Level
