Job Overview Stocking associates are focused on unloading trucks and stocking new freight. They spend the majority of their time in the backroom. Stocking associates must be able to lift heavy objects in excess of 50 pounds. Ability to operate heavy machinery such as forklifts may also be necessary.

Compensation Hourly wage: $15 – $28 per hour. The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location. Annual or quarterly performance incentives and other premiums may apply. Additional compensation in the form of premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances. Premiums may be based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if applicable criteria are met.
