We are looking for a skilled and experienced

Union Foreman

to lead our hard surface and restoration crew. This position will be responsible for managing field operations, ensuring project timelines are met, maintain safety compliance, and managing a restoration crew.

What You’ll Do

Supervise, coordinate, and work in the daily activities of hard surface and restoration

Ensure quality control and adherence to project requirements

Maintain detailed documentation including timekeeping, progress reports, and workload

Coordinate delivery and use of materials, tools, and equipment

Enforce company and OSHA safety standards

Liaison with project managers, inspectors, homeowners and other trades as needed

Provide training and guidance to crew members

What You’ll Have

High School diploma or equivalent

Valid CDL

Minimum 3 years of field experience in concrete, asphalt, and restoration

Experience in management of employees

Strong knowledge of concrete forming, placing, finishing, curbing, and repair

Strong knowledge of asphalt road repair and patching

Proven leadership, communication, and organizational skills

OSHA 30 preferred

Work Environment

MUST be willing to travel where required-work is mostly in Central and Northeast Minnesota

Work sites are outdoors in potentially extreme weather conditions

All worksite safety instructions are written and spoken in English; must be fluent in English

Work includes prolonged and repeated: lifting (including overhead, up to 50lbs); standing; climbing; kneeling; reaching and feeling; crouching and crawling

Flexibility to work various schedules and stay late when necessary with little or no notice

Work is performed within the “red zone” of heavy equipment

Working safely requires quick/accurate hand-eye coordination and the ability to work in a constant state of alertness and safe manner

Legal Stuff

Pass pre-employment, random, post-accident, and reasonable suspicion drug screens

Provide valid US work authorization documents for E-Verify

Satisfactory results of pre-employment background check results

Valid driver’s license with clean driving record

Pre-employment medical fit-for-duty test; hold/obtain DOT medical card
