Role Overview
The Loan Operations Associate role is an ideal opportunity for early‑career professionals or individuals exploring a career change. This position builds a strong foundation for a future in commercial lending or banking. You’ll work closely with the Loan Operations team, Credit Analyst, and Lenders – supported by a comprehensive onboarding program. Key Responsibilities
Commercial/Consumer loan documentation and booking Post‑closing review and regulatory compliance Collateral tracking and covenant monitoring Loan servicing, payments, and payoffs; enter loan information into the system Scan and upload loan documents Track collateral, covenants, and reporting items Assist with Loan Quality Control Process loan payments, payoffs, and maintenance requests>Assist with other loan administration tasks, as needed Qualifications
Finance, Business, Accounting, Economics, or related coursework is beneficial but not required Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn Professional communication and teamwork skills Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite Why Gateway Bank?
