Outreach Specialist (Entry Level) On-Site

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Outreach Specialist to join our team in an on‑site entry‑level capacity. This role is ideal for individuals eager to learn and grow within the field of communications while contributing to meaningful outreach initiatives. The Communications Assistant will support the development, coordination and execution of communication strategies that enhance our organization’s brand, strengthen community relationships and elevate public awareness of our mission and achievements.

As part of a collaborative team you will assist in crafting impactful content, preparing presentation materials and delivering messaging that aligns with our organizational values. Your ability to engage with diverse audiences and adapt quickly will play an important role in shaping our overall communication efforts.

Duties

Engage with community partners, stakeholders and audiences to advance communication objectives.

Support the creation of client presentations and participate in public‑facing communication efforts designed to support consumer sales.

Assist in the planning and execution of internal and external events.

Conduct research to remain current with industry trends, communication methods and best practices.

Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to gather information for communication materials and projects.

Coordinate logistics for meetings, outreach activities and communication-related initiatives.

Review and interpret feedback from communication campaigns to help identify areas for improvement.

Contribute ideas during brainstorming sessions to support the development of new communication strategies.

Assist in maintaining project timelines, deliverables and budgets when needed.

Implement direction and feedback from supervisors to enhance communication effectiveness.

Skills and Availability

Must be able to commute to the office Monday‑Friday.

Strong interpersonal and customer‑service skills with the ability to work well in a team setting.
