Job Description We are looking for individuals who walk into a situation and immediately pitch in. We are hiring LEADERS to join our GMiT (General Manager in Training) program.
Pay & Benefits Shift Manager $19.50 per hour – GMiT I $20.50 per hour – GMiT II $22.00 per hour – Associate GM $23.50 per hour. Paid sick leave per WA State law. Qualifying part‑time and regular, full‑time employees will be offered medical, vision, and dental benefits in accordance with the ACA and company policy.
Duties & Responsibilities
Greet customers with a smile.
Operate register to enter orders, process sales, and collect payment from customers.
Make products consistent with Domino’s standards.
Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
Always maintain a professional appearance in compliance with Domino’s image standards.
Follow all policy and procedures 100% of the time.
Excellent attendance and punctuality.
Handle inventory and cash control.
Assist with scheduling and staffing.
Provide coaching and training.
Are you?

A team player who has a positive attitude, is punctual and understands the importance of dependability.
Comfortable making suggestions and pitching in to help when needed.
At least 18 years old with a retail or food service background.

Sit, stand, walk, bend, squat, and lift up to 50 lbs.
Legally operate a motor vehicle in WA, legally insured and licensed (preferred).
