Customer Service Associate

Provide a distinctive and delightful customer experience, manage sales, and support store operations.
Base Pay Range $15.00/hr – $17.50/hr
Responsibilities
Model and deliver a distinctive and delightful customer experience.
Engage customers by greeting them and offering assistance with products and services, resolving issues, and answering questions.
Register sales on the assigned cash register, provide courteous and efficient checkout service, process voids, returns, refunds, and exchanges.
Provide courteous, friendly, fast, and efficient service; recommend items for sale; recommend trade‑up and/or companion items.
Keep counters and shelves clean and well merchandised, take inventory, maintain records, check in and price merchandise as required.
Implement company asset protection procedures to minimize profit loss.
Ensure compliance with state and local laws regarding regulated products (e.g., alcoholic beverages, tobacco).
Construct and maintain displays, including promotional, seasonal, and super structures.
Assist with separation of food items, stock rotation, and provision of timely inventory updates.
Assume web pick‑up responsibilities; monitor orders, pick items, deliver orders to customers upon arrival.
Support exterior and interior maintenance; maintain store condition and appearance.
Comply with all company policies and procedures; maintain respectful relationships with coworkers.
Complete special assignments and other tasks as assigned.
Training & Development
Attend trainings and complete PPLs requested by Manager or assigned by corporate.
Basic Qualifications
Fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English. (Except in Puerto Rico)
Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
Preferred Qualifications
Preferable: six months of experience in a retail environment.
Preferable: prior work experience with Walgreens.
Preferable: fluency in English. (Except in Puerto Rico)
Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
