Our client, a leading financial services organization, is seeking a Computer Support professional to join their dedicated team. As a Computer Support specialist, you will be part of the IT Support Department supporting a high-profile user community. The ideal candidate will demonstrate excellent problem‑solving skills, strong communication abilities, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully within the organization.

What's the Job?

Provide software and hardware support to end‑users in a professional banking environment.

Assist with the administration of Virtual/Desktop/Laptop Management and infrastructure applications including VDI, patch management, encryption technologies, and anti‑virus solutions.

Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to MS Office applications, MS Teams, Outlook, and Windows OS.

Support data backup, recovery, and device reimaging both remotely and on‑site.

Manage hardware and software service requests using ServiceNow or similar ticketing systems, ensuring timely resolution and documentation.

What's Needed?

3-5 years of experience providing software/hardware support in a professional setting.

Knowledge of Cisco technology, server support, and infrastructure applications.

Experience with Virtual/Desktop/Laptop management, patching, encryption, and anti‑virus technologies.

Proficiency with ServiceNow or similar ticketing systems.

Strong customer service skills and the ability to work independently in a fast‑paced environment.
