We are Aaron’s—an industry leader in the sales and lease‑to‑own retail industry. This role focuses on driving payment collections and lease agreement renewals while building strong customer relationships.
Salary : $X to $Y per hour/annually*.
Incentive pay
is also available based on performance.
Responsibilities
Maintain and update customer accounts in the store computer system and document all payment appointments.
Contact customers who have not renewed their lease agreements via home visits and phone calls.
Sell the benefits of timely lease renewal payments.
Assist the Customer Account Manager in achieving daily, weekly, and monthly revenue and renewal goals.
Assist with merchandise returns, guest deliveries, and quality assurance of returned items.
Maintain and update weekly vehicle maintenance sheets and daily route sheets.
Load, secure, and protect product in the company vehicle; safely operate the vehicle.
Provide support to the sales team as needed.
Perform any reasonable duties requested by management.
Qualifications
Minimum age of 21 with a valid U.S. driver’s license (or 18 in Canada) and compliant MVR per the Company’s Driver Qualification Policy.
Must meet DOT requirements to obtain certification in required states.
Availability to work an irregular schedule ranging from 8 am to 9 pm.
Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs without help and up to 300 lbs with a dolly.
Preferred: two years of retail/customer service experience and a high school diploma or equivalent.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, high energy, telephone etiquette, and strong organizational, negotiation, and persuasion skills.
Proficient computer skills and the ability to maintain a professional appearance.
