Your Day As A Crumbl Assistant Manager As the manager of the best dessert franchise, you will operate the entire bakery, inspire and coach a team, track key metrics, drive performance, and reward excellence. Responsibilities include recruiting and training an A‑level team, developing staff into senior positions, mapping stations for world‑class service, maintaining store cleanliness, planning scheduling, forecasting product needs, ordering, and inventory management.
