CAFE SHIFT SUPERVISOR (FULL TIME)

Position type : Full‑time, 5:00 AM – 7:30 PM. Days may vary, including rotating weekends.
Pay range : $17.50–$21.00 per hour.
Requirements : Minimum two years of supervisory experience.
Job Summary Direct the activities of associates during a specific shift and oversee that assigned job expectations are completed while policy and procedure is maintained.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Provide training and create work schedules.
Evalue the performance of workers, reward high performers, and discipline employees who fail to meet reasonable standards of work performance.
Prepare production or sales reports for management and ensure the unit meets expectations for quality, productivity, and safety.
Act as the contact person for employees with complaints or requests for time off.
Serve as a mentor, develop employees, and encourage workers to set goals and strive for advancement within the organization.
Perform other duties as assigned.
