Assistant Manager – 5811 Memorial Hwy #101

Salary & Benefits : $14‑17/hr (bonus eligible), weekly pay, medical, dental, paid vacation (subject to eligibility). About the Role Assist the General Manager in coordinating and taking ownership of tasks and assignments for the team. Responsibilities include day‑to‑day operations such as cost controls, inventory control, cash control, and customer relations. Develop future managers by setting an example and mentoring the team. Adhere to policies and procedures and expect the same from crew. Foster a high‑energy team environment and recruit new team members. Additional tasks include staffing, paperwork, food management, time management, professional appearance, maintaining Domino’s image standards, providing excellent customer service and recovery, attendance, punctuality, dependable transportation, store cleanliness, and marketing. Qualifications Knowledge of all operational tasks and ability to train staff. Operate all equipment. Stock ingredients from delivery area to storage. Prepare product correctly at an advanced pace. Receive and process telephone orders. Take inventory and complete associated paperwork. Clean store and equipment daily. Strong communication skills (verbal and written). Ability to give correct written instructions. Ability to communicate verbally with customers and co‑workers to process orders both over the phone and in person. Essential Functions & Skills Ability to perform basic arithmetic accurately and quickly. Make correct monetary change. Verbal, writing, and telephone skills to take and process orders. Motor coordination between eyes and hands/fingers for rapid and accurate movements. Enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen.
