Maintenance Technician III
to join our awesome team at our brand‑new, ultramodern 1.2 million square meter warehouse. This facility is packed with cutting‑edge automation, and we need someone who’s ready to keep it running like a well‑oiled machine. From conveyor systems and forklifts to racking and more, you’ll be in the heart of the action—making sure everything works, flows, and stays safe.
You’ll coordinate with outside vendors, tackle repairs, handle preventative maintenance, and help us keep the warehouse in top shape. We’ll count on you to keep leadership in the loop about equipment status and help us stay on budget by tracking maintenance costs like a pro.

Responsibilities
Assist in the repair of warehouse equipment, such as conveyor belts and forklifts, as well as the periodic movement, upkeep, and replacement of racking.
Communicate with outside vendors regarding warranty issues or necessary repairs that fall outside the certification level of the technician.
Ensure that all equipment batteries are watered and maintained per manufacturer recommended maintenance intervals.
Deliver support to a variety of maintenance projects, operational improvements, and scheduled preventative maintenance on assets and equipment.
Promote the efficiency of the warehouse yard, including the upkeep and disposal of pallets / skids.
Operate various pieces of equipment, including forklifts and floor scrubbers.
Report any forklift issues to leadership promptly to ensure issue resolution, maximize uptime, and ensure a safe work environment.
Maintain a clean and safe working environment, abiding by all safety protocol such as LOTO, wearing PPE, etc.
Maintain a log of all preventative and corrective maintenance using our internal systems.
Make recommendations for repair, rebuild, and replacement of key components and equipment as needed.
Meet all expected performance standards regarding efficiency, accuracy and quality of work.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment by following all safety guidelines and reporting any hazards to the appropriate leadership.
Work closely with team members and leadership to meet daily, weekly, and monthly departmental goals.
Abide by all company and warehouse policies.
Flex into other positions and departments and undertake additional duties as necessary to support the overall operation.
Physical Requirements
Work is performed while standing and/or walking, up to and including 12 hours/day.
Requires the ability to communicate effectively using speech, vision, and hearing.
Requires the regular use of hands for simple grasping and fine manipulations.
Requires regular bending, squatting, crawling, climbing, and reaching.
Requires the ability to regularly lift, carry, push, or pull medium weights, up to 75 lbs.
Experience
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple assignments and deadlines in a fast‑paced environment.
Ability to quickly adapt as business needs change; ability to address difficult situations with diplomacy and emotional intelligence.
Customer service‑oriented attitude with a demonstrated desire to exceed expectations.
Education This role does not require a degree. We value relevant skills and experience and alignment with our core values above all else.
Desired Traits & Skills
Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience in a distribution environment; maintenance experience and forklift certification preferred but not required.
