The Maintenance Technician is responsible for ensuring customer fulfillment by responding to maintenance repair requests in a timely manner and preparing vacant units in preparation for new resident move‑ins. The Maintenance Technician is an essential team member for Cohen‑Esrey to deliver superior customer service to our residents.
Qualifications
Maintenance Experience
Ability to bend, stoop, lift, carry, push or pull over 25 lbs repeatedly
Ability to respond to after‑hours emergencies
Valid Driver’s License
Basic tools required, including a personal smartphone
Preferred Qualifications
HVAC Certified
Proven 2+ years of HVAC experience
