Job Description

Domino's Pizza seeks Assistant Managers to oversee daily store operations, ensuring team performance, cash and inventory control, customer satisfaction, and adherence to company policies. As a leader you will set standards for your crew, manage staffing, handle paperwork, and drive store profitability. Responsibilities

Manage all activities during shifts, including cost controls, inventory, cash handling, and customer relations. Ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and safety standards. Staff scheduling, training, and performance management. Maintain store cleanliness and visual presentation. Handle marketing, profit & loss, and scheduling of promotions. Attend to transportation, attendance, and punctuality requirements. Assist with delivery coordination and vehicle access as needed. Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent. Experience in retail, food service, or management is preferred. Strong math skills for cash and inventory management. Excellent verbal & written communication. Ability to lead, multitask, and maintain composure under pressure. Valid driver’s license and access to an insured vehicle (for delivery tasks). Physical & Work Conditions

Standing most of the shift with frequent walking, pushing, carrying up to 50 pounds of inventory. Exposure to varying temperatures, hot surfaces, and food odors. Ability to perform tasks such as opening & closing equipment, preparing food, and operating a POS. Work environment may involve outdoor tasks and loading/unloading deliveries.
