Assistant Manager

to partner with our General Manager in leading daily operations, developing high‑performing teams, and driving restaurant success.

This is a

salaried leadership role with bonus potential , offering stability, growth, and the opportunity to make a real impact at the store level.

What You’ll Do Operations & Performance

Support daily restaurant operations, including opening and closing procedures

Ensure food quality, service standards, cleanliness, and safety compliance

Monitor and control labor, food costs, and expenses to meet financial goals

Post and manage store invoices within the restaurant management system

Leadership & Culture

Act as a culture champion by modeling professionalism, teamwork, and exceptional guest service

Hire, train, mentor, and evaluate team members, providing ongoing feedback and recognition

Participate in coaching and disciplinary conversations when needed

Assist in creating weekly schedules to support operational needs

Guest Experience

Address guest concerns promptly and professionally

Create a welcoming environment that keeps guests coming back

Food Preparation & Equipment

Prepare batches of food cooked to order or held warm

Operate large-volume cooking equipment such as grills and deep fryers

Prepare, wash, and cut food ingredients

Multitask efficiently to prepare multiple orders accurately

Operate batch machines to produce eegees, ensuring quality and safety

Growth & Strategy

Collaborate with other departments on promotions and local marketing initiatives

Stay informed on market trends, competitors, and opportunities to improve performance

Take on additional responsibilities aligned with the role

What We’re Looking For Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

Strong multitasking skills and ability to perform well under pressure

High level of integrity, accountability, and professionalism

Effective communication and interpersonal skills

Proven leadership, organization, and problem‑solving abilities

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and restaurant management software

Ability to read, write, and speak English fluently

Minimum Qualifications

At least 18 years of age

High school diploma or equivalent

Minimum of six (6) months of experience in fast food or restaurant operations

Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends

Reliable transportation

Current Food Handler’s Card (Maricopa & Pinal counties only)

Food Protection Manager Certification within 90 days of hire

Physical & Work Requirements

Ability to work early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays

Stand for extended periods and lift up to 50lbs

Work around hot equipment, oil, cold environments, and loud noise

Perform repetitive physical tasks including bending, lifting, and handling materials

Willingness to travel to other store locations as needed
