Shift : Sat–Mon 6:00 am – 6:30 pm Rate : $18.83 / hour

Position Summary The General Warehouse Associate is responsible for picking, scanning, labeling, moving, staging, replenishing, stacking and inspecting product. Associates count, inspect and report any damages or discrepancies, ensuring the safe and efficient operation of all equipment. They meet company objectives in performance, safety and quality and comply with all corporate and site‑specific policies.
Responsibilities
Picking:
Using a pallet jack as needed, accurately pick, package, band, shrink wrap and label orders per client requirements and Standard Operating Procedures.
Quality Control:
Verify products/orders meet quality standards, document results, report damages or discrepancies, and process as per SOP.
Safety, Housekeeping, Compliance:
Execute all safety protocols, maintain a clean, orderly work area, and follow OSHA/SDS standards.
Equipment Operation:
Operate pallets jacks and other warehouse equipment safely and report any problems.
Other Duties:
Work overtime when required and perform any other tasks assigned.
Supervisory Responsibilities:
None.
Minimum Required Qualifications
High school diploma or GED.
Ability to work in unregulated warehouse temperatures (moderate). Basic to intermediate math skills for quantity verification and inventory counting.
Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
Ability to adapt to a fast‑paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications
Minimum 6 months experience working in a warehouse, logistics or distribution environment.
Current or prior Material Handling Equipment (MHE) certification.
Physical Demands
Occasional handling/fingering, sitting.
Frequent bending.
Constantly walking and standing.
Ability to lift, carry and push/pull 21–50 lb; reach above shoulder, reach outward, squat or kneel.
Work Environment Low to moderate noise level; rarely exposure to fumes or airborne particles. The workplace is generally safe and well maintained.
