Assistant Manager and Shift Runners

Domino’s Pizza is hiring for management positions—specifically shift runners and assistant managers. You will work for a fun, flexible company and gain experience that can be used for a long time. As a member of our management team, you are responsible for everything that happens during your shift, including cost controls, inventory, cash handling, and customer relations.
Responsibilities
Manage all aspects of shift operations.
Oversee cost controls, inventory, and cash control.
Handle customer relations and ensure high customer service standards.
Follow and enforce all policy and procedures for crew.
Advancement Entering management sets you on a pathway to becoming a General Manager. Lead Assistant Managers are eligible for performance‑based bonuses. Our company promotes from within, so you may advance to franchise ownership.
Qualifications
Prior leadership experience preferred.
Hunger to learn and follow proven systems.
Ability to demonstrate team member and food‑safety protocols.
Excellent customer service skills.
Must be 18 years or older.
