Production Operator
at our Wheatfield, IN facility. You will work in a safety‑oriented environment producing gypsum wallboard for a wide customer base. Compensation and Schedule
Pay: $21.83/hour with career advancement opportunities. Shift: 12‑hour alternating days on/off (rotates every 2 weeks). Day shift: 6:30am – 7:00pm. Night shift: 6:30pm – 7:00am. All shifts, weekends, and holidays are required. Benefits

Work as a team to exceed safety, production, and quality goals. Operate production equipment and machinery in an industrial environment year‑round. Perform quality checks on products. Assist crew members with setups, troubleshooting, asset care duties, and other production/operator duties. Learn and develop knowledge of different machine centers to support machine operators as needed. Use hand tools and equipment, handling product weights up to 50 pounds. Adhere to all safety, health, and plant rules, policies, procedures, and regulations. Wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE). Complete general housekeeping duties to maintain a safe and clean environment. Qualifications
Minimum six (6) months of work experience in any field. Preferred Qualifications
