The Assistant Manager is a multi‑faceted role that merges business strategy, operations, creativity, and people management. Assistant managers drive sales, oversee daily store operations, lead in‑store creative updates, and serve as talent leaders. Key responsibilities include opening/closing routines, efficiency initiatives, floorset updates, staffing & payroll, training, communication, asset protection, and omni‑channel fulfillment. Customer Experience Drive Sales Omni Channel Fulfillment Store Presentation and Sales Floor Supervision Store & Stockroom Operations Staffing, Scheduling, and Payroll Management Training and Development Communication Asset Protection Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or one year of supervisory experience in a customer‑facing role Strong problem‑solving skills Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced and challenging environment Team‑building and interpersonal communication skills Self‑starter with drive to achieve results Adaptability and flexibility Multi‑tasking ability Fashion interest and knowledge Additional Information
