Perform carpentry, appliance, electrical, painting & plumbing duties
Install, repair, and rekey deadbolt locks
Ensure service requests are completed in a timely manner
Participates in the ongoing community preservation plan and preventive maintenance program
Maintain company safety standards
Qualifications
Interested in the above
You’re punctual, dependable and a self‑starter
You have experience in make‑ready and apartment maintenance
You’re a team player
Some things we can’t live without are:
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Willing to work a flexible schedule & on‑call as required
High school diploma or equivalent
