Pape-Dawson is seeking a full-time entry level Civil Engineer-in Training I across multiple offices for 2026. Office locations include Atlanta, Alpharetta, Statesboro, and Savannah. This position will assist in the project design, production and permitting on a wide range of residential and commercial site development and infrastructure projects. The EIT I will collaborate in-house with other civil engineers, landscape architects, and land surveyors to assist our clients in developing public and private mixed-use projects.

Responsibilities

Civil site project design and production in AutoCAD Civil 3D

Permitting coordination with federal, state, and local jurisdiction

Coordination and collaboration with design team

Additional related duties as needed

Requirements

Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering – graduating by no later than June 2026

0-3+ years of experience in commercial/residential site design, public infrastructure design and production

EI/EIT preferred
