We are seeking a TimeSaver Team Member who will embody the heart and soul of our mission of creating memories worth repeating while bringing families closer together and caring deeply about our brand.

The right TimeSaver Team Member checklist will include equal parts curious learner, innovator, administrator, detail driver, mentor, and motivator.

This position exists to create a Guest experience that allows more family time and less wait time. TimeSaver Team Members are responsible for processing sales and redeeming reservations for the TimeSaver product, assisting Guests making show reservations, and managing the TimeSaver reserved seating in shows.

Additionally, the ideal candidate will be able to display and live out Lead with Love qualities, strongly rooted in the Dollywood Company culture, by being patient, kind, trusting, unselfish, truthful, forgiving, dedicated and accountable.

Summary of Essential Functions and Responsibilities

Greets Guests at the TimeSaver Reservation Center, answer questions, and provide park information

Promotes the value and use of TimeSaver to Guests throughout the park

Effectively performs TimeSaver sales processes to include (but not limited to): Sells TimeSaver products on a computerized ticketing system

Creates show reservations for TimeSaver Guests

Processes cash, check, and credit card transactions

Issues complimentary and discounted TimeSavers per Dollywood policies

Processes refunds, exchanges, upgrades, downgrades, and other special requests per Dollywood policies

Issues TimeSavers to our Resort Guests and provide excellent service by answering questions, wayfinding, and providing recommendations for Guests to get the most out of their day

Greets Guests upon check‑in at theater entrances and verify reservation log for theater seats

Cleans and organizes work area daily to present a professional appearance and use free time productively

Responsible for completing credit card transactions in compliance with the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standards

Maintains cleanliness of the TimeSaver Reservation Center

Cross trains to work in other positions in support of the Front Gate operations to include (but not limited to) ticket sales and turnstile operations

Maintains a dependable work attendance and flexibility with assigned work schedules

Attends all required training and meetings

Completes required paperwork in a timely manner

Follows all safety standards to include reporting any violations of standards

Management reserves the right to change and/or add to these duties at any time

Education and Experience Required

Must be at least 14 years of age

Must be able to operate admissions point of sale system, turnstiles, scanners, phone equipment, copier, and calculator

Must be able to learn computer, computer scanning equipment, and printer equipment

Must be able to pass a typing test (score of 25 wpm or greater)

Excellent verbal communicator – accurate, consistent and detailed

Must successfully complete a pre‑employment background check

Give two weeks’ notice for requested days off and have all necessary schedule changes approved in advance by direct supervisor

Able to communicate effectively with Guests and Hosts using approved communication methods

Able to tolerate various temperatures while working outdoors

Able to meet the physical demands of the job

Able to lift 50 lbs

Able to be subjected to periodic random drug screening as outlined by Dollywood policy
