Use knives, scissors and other equipment to perform meat cutting and trimming.
Clean and trim, slice, and section carcasses for future processing.
Cut and trim meat to prepare for packing.
Remove parts, such as skin, feathers, bones from carcasses.
Position Requirements
No training, education or experience required.
Urine Drug Test Required.
Day Shift 8:15AM-4:45PM
Night Shift 4:45PM-1:15AM
