What You'll Do:
As a
Production Supervisor , you will play a critical role in ensuring smooth and efficient operations while maintaining the highest standards of safety, quality, and productivity. Your leadership will directly impact our ability to produce high-quality poultry products efficiently while fostering a culture of excellence on the production floor.
Key responsibilities include:
Leading daily operations
– Ensuring production targets are met with the right staffing levels, following Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Good Production Practices (GPPs).
Maintaining product quality & food safety
– Overseeing adherence to quality specifications, food safety regulations, and implementing corrective actions when needed.
Driving operational performance
– Monitoring and improving key production metrics such as BMPH, Cost/lb., PPMH, and A Grade %.
Supporting team success
– Enforcing safety protocols, overseeing training and certifications, and ensuring accurate timekeeping (Kronos/Oracle HCM).

What We’re Looking For:
Education & Experience
High school diploma or equivalent required.
Bachelor’s degree in agriculture, Operations Management, or Business preferred.
Three or more years of supervisory experience in a production or manufacturing environment (poultry industry experience preferred).
Technical Knowledge
Experience with HACCP principles and USDA food safety regulations.
Strong understanding of sanitation standards and operational guidelines.
Leadership & Problem-Solving Skills
Ability to lead teams, drive performance, and maintain a positive work environment.
Strong decision-making and communication skills to effectively manage daily challenges.
