Who We Are Perfect Communications is seeking an experienced bindery operator. This is a second or 3rd shift position with full-time or part-time positions available.
Who You Are The ideal applicant will have experience operating stitchers and folders and not be averse to learning or operating a variety of bindery equipment that is typically found in a print production operation. The person must be able to work independently and produce work that is up to company standards.
What You'll Do
Responsible for setup, operation and troubleshooting on multiple pieces of bindery equipment. This can include folders, cutters, binding machines, punchers, and inserters.
Perform preventative and reactive maintenance on finishing equipment.
Responsible for quality output.
Responsible for keeping work area clean and organized.
Assist in all finishing operations as production workload may require.
What You Bring
Ability to stand for length of shift.
Ability to bend and perform repetitive tasks.
Ability to lift 75 lbs.
Ability to work overtime based on work volume.
Willingness to work independently and make decisions regarding quality and production outputs requirements.
Prior print manufacturing experience.
