Job Description We are looking for customer service representatives with strong personality and people skills. As a team member you may grow into management or other roles within the company.
Responsibilities
Operate all equipment.
Stock ingredients from delivery area to storage and walk‑in cooler.
Prepare products (pizza).
Receive and process telephone orders.
Take inventory and complete associated paperwork.
Clean equipment and facility approximately daily.
Complete orientation and training on the job.
Communicate verbally with customers and colleagues.
Enter orders using keyboard or touchscreen.
Make correct monetary change, add, subtract, multiply, divide quickly.
Requirements
Age 16 or older.
Strong verbal, written, telephone communication skills.
Basic math skills and ability to make accurate change.
Motor coordination between eyes and hands to perform precise movements rapidly.
Ability to work in varying temperatures, weather, and handle visible hazards such as hot surfaces or dusty conditions.
Valid driver’s license and access to an insured vehicle for delivery duties (if required).
Physical Demands & Work Conditions
Work outdoors in varying and sometimes adverse weather conditions when removing trash or delivering.
In‑store temperatures range from 36°F to 90°F+. Sudden temperature changes.
Exposure to food fumes, cornmeal dust, cramped spaces, hot surfaces up to 500°F.
Required bending, stooping, crouching, reaching, lifting, and gripping tasks throughout the shift.
Driving duties include delivering pizzas, flyers, and door hangers, navigating adverse terrain and multi‑story buildings.
