We seek a detail-oriented and proactive individual to join our Facilities team as a
Facilities Aide . As a Facilities Aide, you will maintain our facilities' cleanliness, safety, and functionality. Your responsibilities will include performing general maintenance tasks, monitoring inventory, and assisting with various facilities-related duties. This position requires a strong work ethic, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities
Assists in preparing apartments/cottages for new occupancy.
Painting, basic repairs to mechanical systems, minor repairs to and installation of household appliances, light carpentry and plumbing work, and wall repair.
Performs general repairs and maintenance in all buildings, including preventative maintenance.
Assists with residents' move‑in service by performing functions such as hanging pictures, moving furniture, etc.
Maintains grounds, performing seasonal duties as directed.
Participates in the snow removal process as directed.
Must be available for a rotating on‑call schedule.
Minimum Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent and minimum of two years related experience in general repairs and maintenance preferred.
Ability to work in a team environment.
Ability to read and comprehend instructions, short correspondence, memos, and instruction manuals.
Ability to complete basic math calculations accurately.
A valid NH driver’s license and clean driving record.
Must be self‑directed and dependable.
Must be a team player with a can‑do attitude!
