Position Overview We are seeking a dedicated BCBA who values high-quality clinical work, family partnership, and ethical decision‑making. This role offers flexibility with both hybrid (telehealth + in‑person) and fully in‑person schedules based on your preference and client needs. Caseloads are kept low and manageable to ensure meaningful supervision, strong outcomes, and work‑life balance.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct initial and ongoing assessments (VB-MAPP, ABLLS, AFLS, etc.)
Develop individualized, evidence‑based treatment plans
Provide ongoing supervision, coaching, and mentorship to RBTs
Deliver parent and caregiver training (telehealth & in‑person)
Conduct in‑person observations, clinic/school visits, and home sessions as needed
Use data‑driven decision‑making for progress monitoring
Maintain accurate, compliant documentation
Collaborate with families, educators, evaluators, and healthcare providers
Model compassionate, trauma‑informed, child‑centered clinical practice
Qualifications
Master’s degree in ABA, Psychology, or related field
Active BCBA certification
Strong communication & collaboration skills
Commitment to ethical, family‑centered practice
