**Location: Austell, GA
Compensation: $ $17.50 w/ $2 shift differential
Schedule: Monday through Friday, 9 a.m. until done****Role Summary**As a **Warehouse Associate** at **Keystone Automotive Operations (KAO)**, you’ll help pick, organize, and prepare auto parts orders for shipment—keeping our supply chain running strong. This active, high-energy role is perfect for someone who values accuracy, teamwork, and personal growth. Whether you’re **pulling parts** manually or **operating warehouse equipment**, you will be part of a team where your work makes a real impact and produces results. **Multiple shifts, competitive pay**, and **incredible incentives** await!* **Up to $17.50/hour starting + a $2 shift differential*** **$1,000 Sign-On Bonus** just for joining the team!
+ Paid $500 after 6 months, another $500 at 12 months of continuous, active full-time employment* **Employee of the Month, Safety Employee of the Month, Quarterly Perfect Attendance Raffle, and Spot Awards!****Key Responsibilities**As a Warehouse Associate, you will play a vital role in the daily operations of our distribution center:* **Product Handling:** Accurately pull, scan, package, and stage orders for delivery* **Inbound Processing:** Receive shipments and stock inventory in designated warehouse locations* **Loading & Unloading:** Stack, wrap, and load/unload trucks safely and efficiently* **Equipment Operation:** Use pallet jacks, forklifts, order pickers, and other warehouse equipment (training provided)* **Inventory Accuracy:** Ensure correct parts and quantities are handled at every step* **Team Collaboration:** Communicate clearly with peers and supervisors to ensure workflow success* **Clean & Safe Workplace:** Maintain cleanliness and follow all safety protocols* **Flexibility**: Perform other warehouse tasks as assigned based on daily needs* Are you willing to work in a non-climate-controlledWe are committed to creating a positive, people-first workplace.
