Develop a strong working knowledge of CTSI’s products and services to effectively communicate value to clients **Qualifications:**1–3 years of professional work experience, particularly in a customer-facing, sales, or technical environment Prior experience in a technical role or working knowledge of IT concepts is a plus and will help in understanding client needs and solutions Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications, general PC skills, and an understanding of desktop software and hardware products **Compensation:**The compensation is expected to start at $45,000, plus commission.
