Available Shift(s):
Must be able to work any shift in a three-shift operation. 1st Shift: 6 AM - 2 PM 2nd Shift:
2 PM - 10 PM 3rd Shift: 10 PM - 6 AM New employees typically train on days for the first three weeks of work, then transfer to an off shift. Starting Wage Range:
$20.18/hr, with increases ranging from $20.50 - $23.92 after 60 days
Additional Incentives: Shift Differentials ($0.55/hr for 2nd Shift, $1.00/hr for 3rd Shift) Life Insurance and Short-Term Disability Paid Lunches and Breaks 401(k) with Company Contributions Paid Holidays and PTO Within the First Year Reimbursements for Boots & RX Safety Glasses Employee Referral Program Tuition Reimbursement Primary duties include:
Safely performing a wide range of tasks supporting the manufacturing of corrugated boxes, conducting quality checks, material set-up, machine set-up and maintaining a clean and organized workspace. The ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to working safely, a demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and a strong desire to learn manufacturing processes and operate complex machinery. Responsibiliti es include, but are not limited to: Operating manufacturing equipment/powe red equipment safely and follow specific directions Maintaining a clean work environment Ability to read a tape measure and have basic math and computer skills. Ability to work safely and comply with all safety regulations. Ability to push, pull, bend, squat, life, reach, kneel, and stand for up to 12 hrs a day. Must be able to push, pull or lift up to 50 lbs on a frequent basis. Required to work daily overtime, weekend work and various shifts depending on workload. Must be willing to work any available shift. Manufacturing experience preferred but not required. Other duties as assigned Candidates are required to undergo a drug screening after receiving a conditional job offer, but before starting employment.
