This position is supporting Palliative Care Inpatient. Provides psychosocial assessment and delivery of counseling, social work and emotional support services to terminally-ill patients, and/or palliative services to patients and their families. Works as a team member to identify problems and assist patient/family members in exploring realistic options, decision making and problem solving.

Required Qualifications

Master's Degree in Social Work, Psychology or Counseling or related field. Graduate from an accredited school preferred.

1 year of experience in a health care setting or related field.

Preferred Qualifications

Training in family counseling and case management.
