Front Desk Coordinator "Open Up" to A Whole New Dental Experience

Working Hours Monday through Friday 8am-5pm

Responsibilities

Dependable and skilled in quality control when handling financial information, performing insurance verification, and preparing end‑of‑day reports, always keeping our patients worry‑free.

Perform clerical tasks such as sorting, opening, distributing mail, scanning, and photocopying; answer phone calls and provide information to callers; greet visitors/patients; schedule, verify, and confirm patient appointments.

Explain procedures and/or services to patients using dental knowledge.

Present financial policies and arrangements to patients, collect co‑payments, and verify insurance coverage as appropriate.

Track appointments due to no‑shows, cancellations, and late arrivals.

Qualifications

High School Diploma or equivalent (Associate's degree preferred).

1‑5 years of customer service, insurance, or dental experience preferred.

Knowledge of dental software, Microsoft Office programs, and ability to learn new programs as needed.
