Pay:
$18.00 - $19.38 per hour depending on experience and education
$1,000 Sign On Bonus ( 500
paid at 3 months,
500
paid at 6 months)
Medical, Dental, Vision and company‑paid Life Insurance within 90 days, and 401(k) match of up to 6% after 1 year of employment. Paid Time Off that can be used as soon as it accrues.
Responsibilities As a Youth Mentor, you’ll provide safety and around‑the‑clock supervision for the youth in our program and create an atmosphere supportive of each student’s needs. You will monitor and document student behaviors and activities, participate in and assist with educational, social, athletic and recreational activities, and work in collaboration with other professional staff to establish and/or meet the goals of each student’s treatment plan.
Qualifications • High School Diploma or Equivalent
• At least 21 years old
• Able to pass a criminal background check, drug screening, physical and TB screening
Schedule & Workweek
7:00 am – 8:00 pm or 8:00 am – 9:00 pm with 1‑hour break (12‑hour shift)
Long week: Monday, Tuesday, Friday, Saturday, Sunday
Short week: Wednesday, Thursday
