Job Summary : This position will be responsible for conducting research on the cold hardiness of fruit crop as well as the development of flowers and other physiological considerations for floral growth and development. This will entail sample collection and prep, microscopy, using sensors and automation as instrumentation to carry out experiments, data tabulation and analysis. Students will also be encouraged to present research findings.

Skills / Knowledge / Abilities : Able to work independently on tasks as part of a larger team. Communication.

Supervisory Responsibilities : No

Preferred Education/Experience : Any Biological Science majors preferred.
