Registered Nurse - School Based Health Care Coordinator

Are you a Registered Nurse looking to work with school age children and their families? If so, this would be a great position for you! Our SBHC Coordinator will implement health education services to diverse populations of adolescents in school and community settings. The SBHC Coordinator will also ensure that all grant outcome objectives are being met in accordance with timelines set out in the grant work plans in collaboration with clinical managers.
