Interventional Pain Management Physician – Glen Burnie, MD
We are urgently hiring a compassionate Interventional Pain Management Physician to join our medical practice in Glen Burnie, MD. Our practice provides high‑quality integrated healthcare for neuro‑musculoskeletal injuries and chronic conditions. We schedule new patient appointments for 30‑45 minute blocks and follow‑up appointments for 30 minutes. A dedicated team supports the physician, including a PA and a scribe/MA.
Job Duties
Patient care and management
Recommend and conduct diagnostic testing to determine extent of injury and appropriate treatment
Order diagnostic labs and imaging, including in‑house neurocognitive testing (ImPACT)
Oversee diagnosis and treatment of occupational or motor vehicle injuries
Prepare patients for return to work after illness or injury
Provide timely and accurate documentation; prepare reports and testimony for personal injury patients
Order and refer in‑house vestibular, cognitive, and aquatic therapy
Collaborate with colleagues and staff for comprehensive patient care
Perform interventional pain procedures
Requirements
MD/DO from an accredited institution
Unrestricted license to practice medicine in Maryland
BCBE Interventional Pain Management Physician
Favorable malpractice history
Basic Life Support / Advanced Cardiac Life Support certification
DEA license
Schedule
Full time Monday‑Friday or part time (varies by location)
No call or weekends
Salary & Compensation
$250/hr
$425k base (depending on specialty) plus additional compensation for depositions, IMEs, and narratives
