Part‑Time Bilingual Teller in Phoenix, AZ at S Central Ave Join Western Union as a Part‑Time Bilingual Teller. This role is part‑time, requires Saturday hours, and supports English and Spanish‑speaking customers throughout Phoenix.

Role Responsibilities

Deliver exceptional guest service and ensure a positive customer experience.

Process money transfer transactions and manage cash register operations.

Uphold loss prevention protocols and follow company policies and store standards.

Handle money transfer procedures and related services with accuracy and compliance.

Manage company funds, reconcile daily receipts, and maintain financial integrity.

Perform daily reconciliation of money transfers to ensure accuracy.

Provide timely updates to customers regarding order status.

Role Requirements

Prior experience in customer service.

Prior experience handling financial transactions.

Fluency in both English and Spanish; strong communication skills in both languages.

Experience working with Microsoft Office Suite and general computer literacy.

Salary $17.50 per hour.

Schedule Monday to Friday, 10:00 AM to 6:30 PM and Saturday, 10:00 AM to 4:30 PM. Part‑Time Teller will work 20‑25 hours a week and days will vary. Successful applicants will have flexibility to work any day of the week within regular business hours.
