About the Role
A well-established Premise Health clinic supporting an employer-based clinic is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for a 13-week contract.
This is a steady, weekday-only role in a primary care and occupational health clinic serving patients ages 2 and up. The environment is organized, supportive, and ideal for LPNs who enjoy autonomy, lab work and predictable scheduling.

Patient Population:
Pediatrics through adults
Available Schedules (one position per schedule) Schedule A – 34 hours/week
Monday: 7:00a – 6:00p
Tuesday: 7:00a – 6:00p
Thursday: 7:00a – 12:00p
Friday: 7:00a – 12:00p
Schedule B – 37 hours/week
Monday: 7:00a – 11:00a (labs)
Tuesday: 7:00a – 3:00p
Thursday: 7:00a – 11:00a (labs) and 12:00p – 5:30p
Friday: 7:00a – 12:00p (labs) and 1:00p – 4:30p
What You’ll Do Provide clinical support for primary care and occupational health visits
Perform phlebotomy and manage lab workflows independently
Support DOT physicals, workers’ comp, and employer screenings
Conduct POCT testing and EKGs
Accurately document care in Epic and OHM
Coordinate external lab processing with Labcorp
What We’re Looking For Current, unrestricted LPN license
Prior experience in a clinic, primary car, or occupational health setting
Comfortable working independently during lab-only hours
Reliable, organized and patient-focused
