Leasing Associate – Part Time – Arbors of Denton Apartments

Job Summary The Leasing Associate will maintain the property, market available units, screen prospective tenants, and manage day‑to‑day office operations to ensure a positive living experience and uphold the company’s reputation.
Responsibilities
Present properties and amenities to prospective tenants in a positive and knowledgeable manner.
Respond to in‑person, phone, and email inquiries, provide leasing information, schedule appointments, and create and follow up on maintenance requests.Process leasing applications.
Advertise available units using multiple media channels.
Support the Property Manager and Assistant Manager with daily tasks.
Deliver consistent customer service in the spirit of the Atlantic Housing Foundation Way.
Enter and maintain accurate information in the property management software.
Maintain up‑to‑ knowledge of Fair Housing laws, rules, and regulations related to apartment leasing and management.
Perform additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent (required).
Knowledge of Yardi and Microsoft Office (preferred).
Previous leasing experience (preferred).
Bilingual in English and Spanish (preferred).
Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree a plus.
