Claims Resolution Transaction Processor
Conduent offers a mission‑critical service role where you will support Medicaid providers in Montana as a Claims Resolution Transaction Processor. You will enter claim information into our system, ensuring data integrity and timely processing.
Base Pay Range $17.00/hr – $18.00/hr

Responsibilities
Accurately input claim data into claims processing systems.
Review documents for completeness and accuracy before data entry.
Identify and flag incomplete or incorrect information for follow‑up.
Maintain high productivity while meeting quality standards.
Follow established procedures and guidelines for claim submissions.
Communicate with team members or supervisors about any issues or discrepancies.
Handle confidential information with integrity and discretion.
Comply with data integrity and security policies.
Perform other clerical or administrative tasks as needed.
Qualifications
High school diploma or an equivalent level of education.
Medicaid or insurance experience preferred.
Experience with claims management systems or HR platforms is preferred.
Knowledge of healthcare or insurance terminology is preferred.
Prior office or administrative experience.
Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with co‑workers, clients, and providers.
Attention to detail, grammar, and spelling accuracy.
Legal authorization to work permanently in the United States without requiring visa transfer or sponsorship.
Successfully pass a pre‑employment screening and drug test.
