Finance & HR Analytics Director

A leading global financial institution is seeking a Finance & Business Management HR Vice President to create and promote analytics and reporting for the head of HR and HR CFO agenda. This role involves conducting deep dive analyses on key business issues, partnering with finance teams to develop insightful reporting, and contributing to firmwide projects. The ideal candidate will have a BA/BS in Finance or a related field, experience in financial services, and strong analytical and communication skills.
