Car Wash Associate – CORTARO
As a Car Wash Associate, you’ll be responsible for preparing, guiding, and loading vehicles into the wash tunnel, ensuring the location is equipped with clean towels, and that all equipment functions properly while providing an excellent customer experience. This role requires the ability to anticipate customer needs, build lasting relationships, and maintain a strong focus on safety. You’ll thrive in a dynamic environment, multitasking and adapting to change.
Essential Duties / Tasks / Responsibilities
Service vehicles with bug spray while guiding them into the wash tunnel
Complete tasks associated with location cleanliness such as sweeping, replenishing, mopping, cleaning, and/or minor landscaping work as directed by leadership
Assist customers with any request to enhance their experience
Exceed customer expectations by being friendly to customers and handling vehicles with extreme care

Schedule: Ability to work a flexible, full‑time schedule that includes days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Outdoor and indoor settings: Primarily work outdoors.
Weather conditions: Exposure to heat, cold, rain, and wind.
Noise levels: Moderate to high noise levels from equipment and vehicles.
Team collaboration: Frequent interaction and collaboration with colleagues and customers.
Fast‑paced: High pace, especially during peak hours.
Physical Activity
Prolonged periods of standing and walking.
Manual tasks and operating equipment.
Stamina and endurance throughout the shift.

Paid sick time in accordance with state law
Referral Program with $150 payout
Pay Transparency Base Pay: $15.50–$15.75 per hour (weekly pay). The pay rate for the successful candidate will depend on relevant experience and geographic location.
